I think this must be a taste you either love or hate. I personally love it, but have friends who cannot tolerate the taste. if you like it, you are fortunate. I run, bike and/or swim 6 days a week and in every weather condition from 8 degrees to 90. I race distances of 5Ks to half marathons and also do triathlons. This drink is the best I have found for hydrating me before a workout and after. It has more electrolytes than any sports drink on the market and is all natural. I always feel better after drinking it. -- Must Be in The Beholder
I like the attempt to put tangerine flavoring with coconut water, as I LOVE tangerines, but this just has too much sugar. They could probably filter the sugar out or something. Too bad, as I'd buy this by the truckload if they could make it with about half the sugar! -- Love Tangerines, but Too Sugary
VITA COCO IS THE BEST COCONUT WATER OUT THERE. Don't believe me? Then you're a fool. A crazy crazy fool. It's the purest tasting and isn't from concentrate, which is much more than I can say for Zico. -- RIDICULOUSLY GOOD
My mom was in the hospital at the beginning of the month for knee replacement and her electrolytes got out of whack. I was tired of all the saltine crackers they were making her eat, because they are crap and they cause other issues for people laying in bed... So, I went to our local health food store. I ended up trying lots of these flavors, tangerine and pineapple are the two I love. They have no sugar, other than from the fruit. They got her electrolytes in ship shape in one day. I got her home the next day. I have been drinking these since then. -- I love the Tangerine
The reviews on Amazon and my taste in products of all genres from electronics
to food usually coincide. Vita Coco products are not the case. Even SD'd up
at $1 per, this product is not worth it. Really, I am going to see if I can
return the unopened 11 boxes of juice. I would feel guilty giving them away to
someone who has never had the drink before, it's just NOT good. nearly no coconut
flavor, i am not disappointed of the lack of sweetness. I am disappointed at the
lack of flavor. Maybe I received a bad product? I really just don't know. What I
got tastes precisely like water with some old/rotten citrus juice in it, and a slight
smooth texture.
This canned beverage that I have had on many occasions is 100x more delicious than
this Vita Coco, and it's in a can ffs. Foco Coconut Juice. contains similar ingredients.

Get it whereever you like. Maybe in a local Asian grocery store, or online. I know that
it tastes pretty good and is what I expect when I think of a Coconut water based drink.
-- An acquired taste at best.
