Naked Juice Announces Naked Coconut Water

Well it is amazing how many brands are jumping are jumping on the coconut water bandwagon. I think the summer of 2010 will be the “Summer of Coconut Water”.

So Bevnet.com announced a press release saying that Naked Juice is planning to release a new product called “Naked Coconut Water”. The suggested retail of the new product is $1.99 for 11.2 ounces.  The Nutritional values seam to be on cue with the other brands. 60 calories, 650mg of potassium, 65mg of calcium, and 23mg of magnesium. Also references made to “Brazilian Coconuts”, make it obvious this is going to be yet another product of Brazil.

I am really disappointed that they also decided to also go with the aseptic containers, I was hoping they would break away from the pack and go with the recyclable plastic bottles. I really despise drinking out of a box.
